Provide Proper Food to Your Brain

We provide the food to our body to make it workable and healthy. Any food will not work to keep our body healthy. Only healthy food and healthy life style is what going to make our body healthy. When we miss any of our meals, our body starts sending signal about appetite, and we provide food to the body, and we feel good. The improper ingest of food and life-style makes us sick. Have you thought that what you are providing to your brain as a food? Even though, you are well fed, your body is healthy; still you feel uncomfortable, frustration, stress etc. These symptoms are not of the body, but of the brain. Your brain is not healthy and strong enough to handle the pressure and demand of the life. Your brain is unhealthy, because, it is not getting the healthy food to keep it healthy and responsible.

The food of the brain is positivity, creativity and learning. The attitude of the positivity, creativity and learning are habits. We need to form a habit to exercise and provide the viable food to the brain. Medication and contemplation on the positive aspect of the life helps to feed our brain with positivity. Meditation helps us to shun from the outer world and focus on the internal purity. Indulge yourself with some particular creative work. You can choose your best hobby whether it is prolific financially or not, but it is very prolific to make your brain healthy and stress free. Our brain is always hungry to learn new things. It is our indolence which prevents us to do slog and learn new things daily to feed our brain. A kid always keep asking questions and learning something new daily, this is the reason, kids remain happy, if he is fed well and physically not sick. Our brain has the colossal of memory to learn sundry things in life. The brain looks for the direction, the food, the work. These are things which help our brain to burgeon and handle the situation come before us. The habits of solving puzzle also help a lot to feed our brain. Well-fed brain always ready to confront and solve the situation occurs before us. The nature never put any problem before us which is greater than us. It is the dearth of preparation, and weaknesses of the mind and body, which put us into trouble.

Surround yourself with positive people, read motivational and inspirational books, listen motivational cassettes and videos. These make a prodigious effect on your brain. Walk away from the negative people, they are very precarious, they can spoil you and make you cripple. If the situation occurs like that where you cannot circumvent these kinds of people, then do not heed much on the negativity, and read books and success stories of the great personage. Do not feed your brain with negativity; it will make you to fear in your life about the unnecessary things which are really not needed to think on that. Fear is the result of lack of knowledge and preparation and action. Provide the food what your brain need, and brain will provide to you everything what you need in your life.
