The definition of success differs from person to person. A generic one --- “Success is to get what one want to get without violation of others right”. A burglar can claim his burglary as success, if he has executed it without getting apprehended. He can celebrate his success, but his success is the cost of others right. A police investigate the matter and try to apprehend the robber. If he arrests the thief, he gets success. Both police and thief claim the success, but one is constructive for saving someone`s right and other is suppressive to get the success on the violating others right or at the cost of others’ lives. Thief and police both are running and putting the same effort but their intention is quite opposite. Police get the reward on his success and burglar get the retribution on his deeds.
The success got at the cost of others’ lives or by violating others right, sooner or later, culminates at prison or poison.
Success is the result of what you think and do on daily basis. There are no shortcuts to success. The persons who look for success without putting the equivalent effort or without paying the equivalent price for that, these kinds of persons do not mind to go up to any extent and transgress ethics and violate any right. They forget that, sooner or later, they need to pay the price for that. The success comes at the cost of others are not durable. Those successes cannot give you self-esteem, rather it collates arrogance, and it loses the value and respect for the success. At last, you will find that, to what you are calling success, in fact, it was not the success, but was an illusion. The success acquired in your life with your own diligent effort gives you intense content, happiness, respect and above all guilt-free life. All the heroes of the history who got the grand success in their respective professions, they all got those on their honest diligent effort. Patience with your venture and confidence on your skill can guarantee you success you are looking for. One need not to kill or to violate any right to get the place for him.
