The influence of our milieu plays a prominent role in building our genre and personality. It helps us to program our mind. In our childhood or teenage, we are not well versed in understanding about good or bad, action or inaction. What we get from the environment or family, our   immature mind adopts that. This adoption creates a base on which our future is going to stand.   If it is merely an influence of the environment, it can be corrected by changing the environment, or developing the knowledge by self-effort to mold the life of our choice. What the society or family teaches us is not always correct or may not be suitable for our spirit and material nature. Everyone has taken birth with his distinct material nature, and have the equivalent potential to blossom in his own material nature. Not living with own material nature invites the miseries and unhappiness in our life. In this case, if you are not living your life according to your material nature and inn...

Image
The stability of any organization depends on two major pillars, people and process. We can put an organization in two categories, small and big. In small organization, the proclivity of the policies are people oriented. And, in a big organization, the propensity of the policies are process oriented. It is tough for big organization for changing policies frequently, it would be tedious too. They maintain their own standards. If any organization keeps changing its policy frequently, or keeps policy on the shelf for some particular people, is akin to creating jeopardize for the organization. The policies are made for better and prolific run of the business. The majority of the people are emotion driven. To make any pursuit, the logical ability should suppress the emotional one. The decision taken on the emotional basis does not make a positive impact on the future.   The need of policy to check the human weakness of emotion and to abide by some particular direction a...
