Body, senses, mind and spirit, the four vehicles of happiness

We need not to take care of multiple things to be happy and contented. In delusion and ignorance, we try multiple stuffs to acquire happiness and ecstasy in our life. Our multifarious attempts, without discernment, invite numerous anxieties and stress. Happiness and worry are never co-dwellers. We try something new, something esoteric to attract happiness, but in the veneer of temporary happiness, we find abundance to despondency. Naturally, we try to covet something outside or somewhere which is absent in this moment and place. If something, what we need, is available with us or in front of us, we need not to go anywhere for its hankering. Similarly, we spend our time, energy and money in the search of peace and happiness outside. Searching peace and happiness outside is just like a mirage, it appears, but in reality, it is not there. …. If not there, then where it is ?  ….. It is within us. We find it, once we search it inside with diligence and sincerely.

Hoping to reach the desired destination with wrong map in hands is no more than inane. Without steady thought, we cannot get wisdom about right and wrong, and without wisdom and knowledge, we cannot get peace, and without peace, happiness is a far-fetched dream.
For acquiring the steadiness, peace and ecstasy, the health of body, senses, mind and spirit should be taken care with utmost attention. Just four things, not multiple things, are needed to heed, the rest would be our obedient.

In order to maintain the good health of body, senses, mind and spirit, we need to provide nutritious food to them. For physical health, the grains, fruits etc. and viable exercise are required. The senses (hear, sight, smell, taste and touch) can be controlled by immense practice on its behavior.  The food of mind is reading, learning, positive thoughts. The mind is the cause for the intelligence takes place within us. This can be acquired by the daily discipline to keep it healthy and functional. The secret of the health of spirit is meditation, contemplation, truthfulness, purity of heart and mind.

The senses are greater than our physical body, the mind is greater than the senses, the intelligence is greater than the mind, and the spirit is greater than intelligence. The spirit and intelligence are eternal, and the rest others are mortal. In case of dubious, take care of the priority factor. And above all the spirit should be given more priority, which is your true self. Only four things are needed to be taken care in human`s life to attract a fortune, and to grant steadiness in distress.

Desire, the cause of re-birth

Until and unless all of your desires are fulfilled, your soul cannot get liberation. Our present birth is the cause of our unfulfilled desires of the past lives. It is merely our responsibility to fulfill our authentic and pulsating desire. That is not the original desires which are acquired by the influence of the others or societies, these desires create illusion in our life. We may have an unlimited fluctuated desire, which create numerous problems in our life.  All the desires are not worthy to be fulfilled, the horrid desires create nasty consequences, which propel us to enmesh in an unlimited anxieties and worries. The suffering of humans is unauthentic and unwanted desires.

Various desires take birth from the thought and get strength from continuous contemplation on that. Later these desires get converted into lust, and by hook and crook you want to fulfill your desire, in such  way, you lose your discernment about the consequences, and right and wrong. In the intoxication of possessing the desired things, you commit numerous sins, which work as a fuel in degrading your soul. To repay those sins or Karma, without any alternative, your soul takes birth in distinct body again and again.

Humans are not clear about their mission and its consequences. They are not clear about which desires should be fostered and which one should be incinerated into ashes. Everyone has got enough time and life to fulfill all his authentic and pulsating desire, and to get the liberation from the cycle of continuous birth and death.

Our present body and mind cannot remember our last birth, but our spirit has all the records of its previous births, and the knowledge of the major purpose of the self in this life and in this form. The realization of the authenticity takes place on starting an inward journey. Once someone realizes these becomes  an enlightened one. The enlightened one never gropes into darkness, everything is clear before him, and the rest of his life, he spends in fulfilling his pulsating due desires and discarding unwanted ones.

There have been always an equivalent talent and prowess shrouded within you for your authentic and pulsating desire. Life is too short to squander on bickering. Recognize your pulsating desire, and do not be mean, be sane, unravel your latent potential to fulfill your desire and free your soul from all kinds of bondages.

Bhagawat Gita (8:6) says,” of whatever being thinking at the end a man leaves the body, to him alone, he goes because of his constant thought of that being.” It means, you get the re-birth according to your pending desires.

You are incomparable …

Jealousy is one of the prominent causes for our suffering and unhappiness. The jealousy starts with comparing ourselves with others. The more we compare, the more we become jealous. The jealousy never does harm to others but the holders only. More than ninety percent of the population is suffering from this heinous disease. The comparison with others impede our potential. We start thinking more about others than the self. We think others are very happy and I am not. His problem is surmountable but not mine. Why others are happy, I am not. Why that person is possessing this and that, and I am not. Any kind of comparison with others will never allow you to be happy. It does not matter, how much you are possession, you would not be happy.

In the first place, comparison of any kind  with anyone or anything is wrong, this is unnatural. There is always a suffering hidden in an unnatural and wrong deeds. Every human is unique, he is incomparable. No one has been in the past like you, and no one is existing like you in the present, and no one would be existing like you in the future as well. We are a beautiful creation of the same almighty God, and God never produces duplicates.

Your real beauty is hidden within you. Once you come to know about your true self, then you will never wish to be anyone, the comparison is very far. To know your true self, you have to accept your existence first. You have to accept that you are not mind or body, you are a spirit, which is eternal and primeval. Mind and body are temporary for some period of time. Once you stop comparing, your jealousy or any other negativities disappear. Once your all negativities disappear, the beauty of the inner self can be experienced. Then you always  be in exaltation and ecstasy.

If you want to compare, then compare with the older version of the self, which will definitely help you to eliminate your weaknesses. Your life on the earth is not for competition or comparison, but for creation. The creation takes place by knowing the self. What you have got, you have got as per your capabilities. Enhance your eligibility and capabilities to excel and soar in your life. Do not limit your potential by comparing with others.

Dying Ravana shared his knowledge with Rama

In the Ramayana, Rama got 14 years of forest exile along with his wife Sita and younger brother Laxman to keep the word of his father king Dasharath. In the last year of his exile, the demon king Ravana of Lanka abducted his wife Sita rather deceitfully to take the vengeance of the humiliation of his sister Surpanakha. The resultant, the war took place between Rama and Ravana for getting Sita back from the entanglement of Ravana.

Rama`s army killed the army and family of Ravana. At last, Ravana came to the battlefield. Ravana was very vigor and valiant. Only Rama had the skill and strength to confront powerful Ravana. In the war, Ravana was defeated and was on the verge of demise lying on the battlefield. Exuberant Rama`s army was celebrating their triumph. But, Rama was quiet and pensive. He called his brother Laxman and asked him to go to lying Ravana and get the knowledge from him before he dies. Ravana is a king and a great scholar.

Reluctant Laxman approached Ravana and asked authoritatively to share his knowledge before he dies. Ravana did not speak anything and turned his head away.  Laxman went back to Rama and complained - Ravana is still as adamant as he was, he did not share anything. Rama asked, “Where had you stood while asking for the knowledge?” He said, “I had stood near his head so that I could hear his say.”  Rama told, “No, it is not the right way to seek knowledge from someone.”

Then, Rama approached Ravana casting his all weapons away and stood near his feet with folded hands and asked for the knowledge he had acquired through his experience for the better kingdom. Happily, forgetting everything, Ravana shared his knowledge with Rama, and repented if he would have got some more time to share some more knowledge with the recipient like Rama, and he died.

Rama is considered an ideal leader and king, not Laxman. He had a good vision about the importance of the knowledge one has acquired through his penance and exposure. The knowledge should not extinct with the end of the life of that person. So, he focused on documenting the knowledge for the future references and betterment for the coming generations.

In the corporate world, when one employee resigns and decides to leave the organization, at that time, the first focus of the leader should be on documenting the knowledge of that employee. The maximum knowledge can be extracted from the leaving employee by amiable behavior, not by animosity. By Rama method, not by Laxman method.

In most of the organization, the estranged employees are not treated fairly, and in this way, the employee quits the organization without sharing his knowledge. The resultant, the organization or the department bears the intellectual loss, although it is not visible, yet it is very important for a quick organizational growth.

Break-Down or Break-DAWN

It is tough to find even a single top-notch person who has not faced at least a deadly breakdown in his life. Breakdown in life is life is inevitable, it may be bigger or smaller. Your perspective life depends upon how you take this breakdown. If you take the temporary breakdown as a culmination of your career or life, then, yes it is; if you take it an opportunity for you to retrospect your deeds and activities and introspect yourself, then, it is a new dawn in your life. Humans are so busy with their day-to-day activities that they hardly get time for themselves and retrospection. They have caught a speed without pondering over the direction and destination. If it is not controlled, it would be perilous. The way speed breaker is needed to check our speed, similarly, the breakdown in our life is also needed to mold our lives in the right direction, if it is perverted.

Abraham Lincoln, former US president, lost his home due to the legal issue in his early age, he started his business, and failed twice and became bankrupt, he tried his law practice but he could not do well. His fiancée left him. He fought election eight times, but he got defeated in that also. He learnt from every breakdown, and kept accepting the challenges came across him, and eventually, he became an eligible president of the USA.

Andrew Carnegie, steel business tycoon, lost his home, he had nothing to start his business, he had a dream to have his own successful business despite his big breakdown.  He fought back with the breakdown and became a respected personality globally in steel business.

Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, Bollywood millennium star, started his ABCL company, but this company could not do well and he was on the verge of bankruptcy. He was not getting much work in Bollywood, his films were getting flopped, everyone thought that the era of Amitabh is finished. He confronted this breakdown courageously, and made his comeback from the TV show, KBC, and it was a huge popular, and again Amitabh starts getting hit movies. He is now one of the busiest actors in Bollywood even in his 80s.

Sachin Tendular, a fabulous cricketer, suffered from his tennis elbow problem. Even, he was not able to lift the plastic bat. This was the big breakdown in his life, and he was on the verge of finishing his cricket career. People started talking about the end of his career. Despite all these, he kept practicing, and made an emphatic come back and created some more records in cricket.

If these persons would have thought, the breakdowns, as the end of their career or life, they would have scuppered in an unfathomable abyss of darkness, would have culminated their life in guilt and defeat.

Breakdown in the life is not an end, but a small respite for a new DAWN of life. The various successful person did amazingly great after the breakdown. Now they thank to those breakdowns, who gave them time to think and act differently to grasp the new knocking opportunity of the life. There is always a definite upheaval before a great change.

Body Speech and Mind are the vehicle of the success

The purity and agility of body, mind and speech determine the quality of the life you are living and the degree of the success you are carrying.  Ponder from any angle, you will find that these three factors are cause for any action you are indulged in. The activities of these three give the concept of body language and facial expression, which express the intention and personality of a person.

The defect and impurity in any of them reduces your changes to be a great achiever in your life at your chosen profession. Among them, the mind has the biggest influence on the life of the human, then speech and lastly the body. Anything bigger or smaller starts with an idea, and idea from thought, and thought from the mind. These thoughts affect our speech and body. Our speech and body becomes the vehicle to carry the generated idea to a realized wharf. In order to generate a good and healthy thought and idea, we must have a bridled, healthy and balanced mind.

Even an executed ordinary idea is invariably better than an un-executed extraordinary idea.

To execute the generated idea, it is equally important to have a controlled and healthy speech and body. The speech is compared with fire. A controlled fire help us to provide  a dainty food else have the capacity to incinerate everything into ashes. In the similar manner, if the speeches are used in a controlled way, it can change the foe to friend, and help you to pave the path for you to success. What, when, how and who to speak helps you to thrive drastically in your life. It is truly said, spoken words rule the world. Similarly, an uncontrolled and unhealthy body impedes the path of the success you deserve.

These are merely an individual responsibility to keep these trio healthy and sound for an ideal life. For healthy and pure mind, do meditation and keep it busy in positive and constructive activities and thoughts. Remember, thoughts are very powerful, it can change the entire life of yours. Monitoring what you are thinking on the daily basis is very important. For a controlled and purity of your speech, check your words, tone, voice, pitch, and practice truthfulness. For a healthy and obedient body, do regular exercise and involve in physical activities as much as possible.

A solid habit should be formed to maintain the health and purity of this trio. Sachin Tendular, a fabulous cricketer, is a vivid example of maintaining his mind, speech and body throughout his successful  career of 23 years.

How to fulfill your desire

A genuine desire is the determinant of the direction of any big achievement, and its accomplishment depends upon a meticulous plan and undaunted first step towards it. Even the creation of the cosmos is the result of God`s desire. The bigger the desire, the bigger the achievements. But the desire is never fulfilled with a hollow heart, weak effort and lack of faith. A desire backed by an unwavering faith with a single minded genuine effort never elude you.  If our desire is not getting fulfilled, it means, we are not fully aligned with our desire, we are not determined, we are in doubt or we are lacking in our effort.

One of the disciples of Socrate expressed his desire to him, “I want to become as knowledgeable and wise as you are, can you please tell me the way for that”. Socrates did not respond anything to him at that moment. One day, both were crossing a river. When both reached at the depth of their neck level, Socrates caught his neck and started doping him in the river. Obviously, that person was struggling his hardest to take the breath. At the last moment, Socrates left him. When he took his first breath, he asked the reason for the same. Socrates asked counter question, “ when I was doping you in the river, at that time, what you were thinking and looking for?”  He replied, “ I was only thinking and looking for the breath desperately without anything else in my mind”. In the similar way, if you desire to get the knowledge as I have you can get it.

Only keeping the desire is not enough. For getting your desire fulfilled, you have to put all your effort and all your potential the way that person was putting to get the breath. Desire is a very powerful. Make sure what the desire you are keeping for the life out of your numerous desires. All the desires do not give you the auspicious result if those get fulfilled.

Any desire, by proper planning and with an equivalent effort, you can achieve. If there is a desire, it means, the equivalent potential is already there within you. Just give a solid start to get it fulfilled. There may be delays, but definitely your effort would be awarded. Remember, no effort goes in vain. Just give an honest and genuine try.

Ignoring the Economics for the Finance is Dangerous

Everyone wants to be financially independent and strong. And, there is no sin in this. Nowadays, the status of the people is measured by the scale of money. The more money you have, the bigger person you are. Some people do have a great sense of finance, they know how to play and make money in the market. They know how to do illegal things legally.

They may be good in finance and can flaunt their money, but at the same time, not necessary; they would be good at economics. Hoarding of finance by ignoring economics can give you temporary flaunt and pleasure, but in the long run, you pay the price of ignoring the economics.

How finance and economics differs?

The economics provides the rules, regulations, policies, vision. It checks the fraudulent flow of the money. Economics does not work for the individuals. It focuses on holistic progress. It is designed to provide the financial stability to the nation as a whole. A nation can be financially strong, but economically weak. Finance can be set at an organizational or individual level. It cares only for the self. The economics cares for everyone.

It provides the models to support the weaker section of the nation and eliminate the domination of the giant one to ensure the stream of money flow towards everyone. The finance oriented people can smartly bend the economics and make huge money in the market. These kinds of greedy people drive the market fraudulently, which causes the fiscal deficit of the nation.

Finance minded people may be smart, but not as wise as economists, who think about the stability. The people, who ignore the economics and focus on the finance, most probably, they do not enjoy their money. Those people - either get apprehended for breaching the regulation and incarcerated or spent their whole life in stress in hiding their unethical collection of finance. That hoarding of money is the worst money who gives you stress more than joy and happiness. Money exists to support us, not we exist to support money.

The major depression and crash in the financial market are the result of snubbing the economics and focusing on the finance to cope up with the competitors. The crash of 29 Oct 1929, the biggest market crash in the history, is also known as “Black Tuesday”, was the consequence of the disregard of the economics. And the effect of that crash lasts for 10 years.

The market crash of 2008, the second highest market crash, was also the product of overlooking the economics. Lehman Brother, an investment giant, could not save himself from its scupper. Now that giant, out of anyone`s imagination, is the history of yesterday. Harshad Mehta from India, in 1992, was caught is share scam and died in jail without enjoying his own money.

Anything illegally pertaining to the finance is the ignorance of the economics. Doing so, we are directly becoming the part of the financial crisis and inflation of the nation. The financial strength of any nation depends on its economic model and its sincere implementation. The rise and fall of the currency of any country depend on the per capita income and white flow of the money in the market, not by the net income of the few people or the black money.

The money can be hoarded fraudulently, but not necessary, you or your family would enjoy those. There may be animosity in your coming generations for the sake of that money. There is invariably a wrong result in the wrong and unethical deeds. A nation can live in peace and harmony where the economics are respected by every individual.

Generally, two kinds of persons fall sick and embarrass the death untimely - one who does not have anything to eat, and the second, who overeats. To save everyone, let everyone eat his share and burp in satisfaction.

Even Bhishma`s long life could not save the Kuru dynasty

Bhishma was blessed of choosing the moment of his death. He could live on the earth as long as he desired. He had got the knowledge of political science and other subjects from Brihaspati, the guru of the gods (Devas), and Sukracharya, the guru of demons(Asuras). He learnt Vedas and other scriptures from the sage Vasishtha. Sage Markandeya was his spiritual guru.

On the persuasion of his mother goddess Ganga, Parashuram taught him martial arts, military science and the skills of other weapons. There was no answer of the prowess of his archery at that time.

Parashuram alone had defeated all the Kshatriya on the earth for 21 times. In order to safeguard his promise and principles, Bhishma had to fight against his Guru, Parashuram. Bhishma was that one Kshatriya on the earth who got the privilege of defeating the invincible Parashuram.

He had unparalleled power, vigour and valiance. In all the aspects, he was exceptionally amazing. He always wanted to see Hastinapur and Kuru dynasty flourishing.

All the experience, knowledge, skill, prowess and long life of Bhishma could not stop the war between cousin brothers Kauravas and Pandavas. He could not change the destiny of Hastinapur.

In order to make Hastinapur a better kingdom, he kept postponing his death, but failed miserably in protecting the Kuru dynasty from the destruction. His desire of making the Kuru dynasty an ideal kingdom was not fulfilled. In the front of his eyes, the Kuru dynasty drown in the deep mire of dilapidation.

He considered himself a great by keeping the vow of celibacy and not becoming the king of Hastinapur. In the absence of a worthy king, the kingdom went in the hand of those people who were filled with lust, greed, domination and selfishness. A dominating and debauchery king cannot make his kingdom flourishing.

If Bhisma would have become a king, there would be a different destiny of Hastinapur. But he ended with working under Kauravas, who had chosen an unrighteous  path. He kept advising the Kauravas for the right and wrong for the kingdom, but his advice was not listened and valued.

No matter how talented and skilled you are, if you are not holding the position what you deserve, you would not be valued and respected. You would be underestimated, humiliated, scoffed and shown low by the people who are in power.

The non-eligible people come into power and rule when the eligible people deny to come into power due to certain conditions like Bhisma. They have skill, knowledge, talent, understanding and care for the nation, but could not do anything, because they are compelled to work on the dictation of less qualified people than them.

We can bequeath our earned property and wealth to the coming generation, but  not our wisdom and knowledge. It is acquired by the self-effort. The same happened with Bhisma.

As we grow older, we keep thinking of the coming generation and their well-being. We think that this world would stop working without us. In that anxiety, we do not want to sacrifice our mortal body even at the right time. Without enquiring whether this world and generation need us or not, we want to have the blessings of a long life.

After a certain age, even nature does not want you to exist on the earth and then we do not support our generation, rather, mostly we create problems for them by imposing our decision and desire on them, which may not be appropriate in the current scenarios.

The experience can be shared with the next generation, but its implementation cannot be guaranteed. Any long life or skill or knowledge cannot change the future of the coming generation, if they are reluctant to listen to you. In the contrast, if your generation is well mannered and educated, they can create their own fortune, for them, you need not to live long to guide what to do and what not.

Even Bhisma`s long life could not save the Kuru dynasty, what to talk about other mortals.

Question may be the same, but not the answer!

The answer of the subjective questions varies from person to person and with time and space. No one can guarantee that I am right with some particular answer. The prevailing answers may be accepted by the majority of the people, because, it suits to the present situation or get accepted by the limitation of the knowledge on the particular subject. The law, rules and regulations are made time to time to satisfy the query and organize the people and resources at some particular time and space. This never assure that, the same solution of the query will be working in the coming future as well.

The older generations have the problem that the new generation are not demure and domesticated. But, what is their measurement. They are trying to evaluate the present situation with the outdated scale, which may not work on the current situation.

Coping with the time and space is the best method to be happy and thrive.

Once Albert Einstein was taking the test of the physics. He set the same question what he had set last year for the same students. His assistant thought, might be, by mistake, he has set the same question for the same students in the subsequent year. He asked Einstein, "you have set the same question papers what you have set in last year."

Einstein replied,"It is not by mistake, deliberately, I have set the same paper this year too. The question is the same but the answers have changed in one year."

This is the thought of the scientist. This is the method of new discoveries and invention. We should not stick with the things what is already avail to us, but need to dig into deeper to find the deeper meaning of that. No discoveries, invention, philosophy or statements are final in this world. Who walk on the same trite made by others, remains the part of the crowd, and one who try to demystify everything what they encounter, create their distinct meaning of their life.

Demystifying Diwali, the Reminder of Fate and Skill

Diwali is a five day festival, and it is one of the prominent festivals in India. Diwali celebration starts from Dhanteras (on the 13th of Ashwin month). This day is celebrated to commemorate the emergence of Dhanvantri, the celestial physician, taking the pot of the elixir of the immortality (Amrit) at the time of churning of the ocean of milk. This day people purchase utensils and other metal goods. Buying of utensils signifies that Lakshmi is about to emerge, and to preserve Lakshmi urn is required.

The second day is celebrated as Narak Chaturdasi. On that day, Lord Krishna along with his wife Satyabhama had killed Naraksura. Naraksura was the son of Vishnu incarnation. In Varah incarnation Vishnu had fathered Naraksura along with his wife Bhudevi (goddess earth). And in Krishna incarnation, he and his wife had killed him. On this day, wives apply oil on the body of their husbands. This is for removing the physical and mental pain after the battle from the Asura. Killing Asura is the indication of harvesting crops. The crops are seeded and harvested by the humans for their subsistence, the way Naraksura was fathered and killed by Vishnu incarnation.

The second day is also celebrated as “Chhoti Diwali” (small Diwali), on this day, people venerate Yama, the god of death. Yama keeps the account of the Karma and the fate of everyone. Blessing of Lakshmi depends upon humans fate and skill. In farming or any business to flourish, we need both fate and skill. People venerate Yama to keep the fate on their side.

The third day is the day of Lakshmi. On this day, Lakshmi along with Ganesha is worshiped. On the new moon, in ditch dark, the series of lights are lit and crackers are busted. This is a celebration of the arrival of Lakshmi. Lakshmi`s twin sister is Alakshmi. Alakshmi is the dark, silent, bitterness and destitute. Lakshmi is the light, celebration, sweetness and prosperity. Lakshmi, despite having the opposite quality from his sister, she never like disrespect of his sister by anyone. When Alakshmi is desecrated, then Lakshmi becomes anguish and walk away.

We lit the light to dispel darkness, bust the crackers to break the silence, distribute sweet to fade away bitterness and spread the prosperity. Distributing food and sweets on that day, gives the concept of market, give and take, to keep Laskhmi flow and grow. In this way, happily, we invite Lakshmi and with respect we bid adieu Alakshmi.

Lakshmi is never worshiped alone. In the absence of another god, she is accompanied by her sister Alakshmi, the goddess of strife and destitute. On this occasion, Lakshmi is worshipped along with Ganesha, the god of wisdom, so that, we can use our prosperity wisely to save ourselves to fall in indigence. On this day, gambled are played, which is the game of fate and skill. All the previous account gets cleared and a new book of account is created. The gaining of the last year is the result of the fate and skill. We celebrate for what we have got, and worship for a better year ahead. Everyone is treated equally on this day.

The fourth day, Bali Pratipatha is celebrated. Bali was an Asura and the ruler of the three worlds. The Asura`s place is subterranean. But Bali, by his vigor and strength, had spread his reign in three worlds. Vishnu, in his Vaman incarnation, shoved Bali to the netherworld, the original place of the Asuras. This signify of the social order. On Diwali, everyone was equal. The next day onwards, everyone need to start involving in their own profession, need to recognize their own place.

The fifth day, Bhaiya Duj is celebrated. On this day, brother visits to his sister to know her well-beings. This day, Yama visits his sister Yamini (in the form of Lakshmi) to know how she is being treated. Yama, the keeper of fate, favor those families or people where his sister is being treated and used wisely.

Are you living with your friend or foe ?

The influence of our milieu plays a prominent role in building our genre and personality. It helps us to program our mind. In our childhood or teenage, we are not well versed in understanding about good or bad, action or inaction. What we get from the environment or family, our  immature mind adopts that. This adoption creates a base on which our future is going to stand.  If it is merely an influence of the environment, it can be corrected by changing the environment, or developing the knowledge by self-effort to mold the life of our choice.

What the society or family teaches us is not always correct or may not be suitable for our spirit and material nature. Everyone has taken birth with his distinct material nature, and have the equivalent potential to blossom in his own material nature. Not living with own material nature invites the miseries and unhappiness in our life. In this case, if you are not living your life according to your material nature and innate quality, you are living an unanimated life. You are living your life with enemy by acquiring others material nature. The moment you recognize your true material nature and innate quality, you get confidence to  live your life according to your material nature without worrying about temporary setbacks, means, you live with your friend.
You can change your profession, if you do not match to your material nature, and get the profession and life of your choice. But, one thing that is very crucial to make our friend to lead a happy and successful life, that is our mind. If our mind is thinking and acting the way we want, it is our friend, else worst foe.

If your brain is thinking negative, hatred, jealous, envious, despises, vile, pompousness, fabricating lie etc, your mind is not in your control, hence you are living with your deadly enemy. Sooner or later, you will be deceived. If your mind thinks positive, knowledge, love, affection, all well-being etc. your mind is under your control and want to help you to thrive in your life. The bridled mind becomes the cause of elevation, and the unbridled mind becomes the reason of decadent.

No one can do any harm to anyone more than his own mind. The achievements and its sustainability are the result of the best friend, the mind. You can change the location, you can change your profession, you can change your environment, but, if you failed to change your mind set up, you cannot be happy anywhere.

People or Process, which is more valuable ?

The stability of any organization depends on two major pillars, people and process. We can put an organization in two categories, small and big. In small organization, the proclivity of the policies are people oriented. And, in a big organization, the propensity of the policies are process oriented.

It is tough for big organization for changing policies frequently, it would be tedious too. They maintain their own standards. If any organization keeps changing its policy frequently, or keeps policy on the shelf for some particular people, is akin to creating jeopardize for the organization. The policies are made for better and prolific run of the business.

The majority of the people are emotion driven. To make any pursuit, the logical ability should suppress the emotional one. The decision taken on the emotional basis does not make a positive impact on the future.  The need of policy to check the human weakness of emotion and to abide by some particular direction and path to achieve the major aim of the organization.

The nature of the policy is to be executed equally on all regardless of the post and position, only then, policy can keep its promise the way it is expected. The true leader strictly abides by the process. The policy of the organization is durable not the people. People come and go, but the policy remains. It is never wise to adhere with the temporary for the temporary gain and sympathize.

Sri Ram sacrificed his wife for his kingdom and subjects. He showed his interest in the welfare of the kingdom, not a particular person. That is why, Rama is known as a great leader and king, and his regime is considered a utopia.

It is the responsibility of each and every individual of the organization to give the value to the process and policy to regain the self-value back, and keep seeing the organization burgeoning in a healthy environment.

Durga is the External Manifestation of Internal Energy

The Hindu mythology tells a fascinating legend of the fierce battle of Durga with Mahishasur, a demon who had a boon from Lord Shiva to not be defeated by any man or deity. Using his power and boon, Mahishasur  defeated gods and toppled out Indra, and spread the reign of his atrocity.

To get rid of Mahishasur and his atrocity, all gods headed to Brahma, and Brahma led them to Lord Shiva and Vishnu. There, all the gods invoked their energy and spotted to a point. From these collective energies a female form took place named Durga, who succeeded to kill Mahishaur and other demons viz. Raktabija, Madhu-Kaitabha, Chand-Mund, Shumbha-Nishumbha  in her distinct forms, and helped gods and the universe to set free from the atrocity of ferocious demons.

The word "Durga" in Sanskrit means a fort, or a place which is difficult to overrun. Another meaning of "Durga" is "Durgatinashini," which literally translates into "the one who eliminates sufferings." Thus, Hindus believe that goddess Durga protects her devotees from the evils of the world and at the same time removes their miseries.

These demons are not the outside, but these are inside us, who consistently seek to pervert us from our real purpose. To reach our purpose on the earth, first, we need to get rid of these demons. To kill these demons, we need to have more power and strength than the demons. The more power can be acquired by congregating all the energies at one point. We have stupendous of energy within us, but these energies are either dormant or scattered. To make our major purpose accomplished, we need to invoke the latent energy and congregate the scattered energy at one point.

This refers to “Shakti Jagran” , to invoke the inner energy to obliterate of the weaknesses. The mediation, contemplation, consistently working on some particular purpose and inner purity of every kind help in invoking the latent energy and its congruous. The invoked energy is the media of the achievements in the life.

The internal energy cannot help us to take physical manifestation until it is invoked and directed into the direction of our goal of the life.

A Method Never Fails, Only Individuals Fail

If you are not getting the result the way you wanted, just check the method you are following. A method never fails, only individuals fail.

Not any specific religion or custom or tradition, and not even your lineage can pledge you for a happy and successful life. If it would be, the people who fall is some particular religion or creed or following some particular tradition would have all in living in abundance of all kinds!  But, unfortunately, we do not find the same. Some are very successful and happy, and others are compelled to live in destitute and indigent. The religion, caste, creed, race, custom, tradition and other stratification are social concept and creation for organizing and directing  a group of people in a particular direction, can help you to be the part of the crowd but not the part of the ecstasy which is the natural quest of the human on the earth.

The success, prosperity, health, wealth and happiness depend on some particular pattern. The door of unfathomable treasure, which is hidden within, can be opened and claimed by anyone by understanding and following some certain pattern.

Discrimination of any kind is circumscribed to social level only, not the natural level.  She opens and disclose the secret to those who intend for that. Naturally, human life on the earth is not to suffer but to success. But the majority of the people take birth crying, live in miseries and die complaining despite having all the raw material to  live in abundance. WHY …? Because, they fail to recognize their own potential, power and energy to privilege the quality of life.

The outer success in nothing but the manifestation of the inner success. The success and failure depends on an understanding of the faculty and mastery on that. Generally, what is not understood is abused.

If something does not go in our ways, we find someone to blame and give-up. The common blame is our destiny.  We are only the creator of our destiny …., then why blame destiny or someone for anything goes wrong in our life?
The destiny is the result of the past deed, and the present deed is the creator the future destiny….., then who bears the responsibility of our success or failure …… of course, no one but us.

Many things what we think and understand about the life and other manifestation are wrong.  There is always the wrong result of wrong understanding.

No Age Constraints for the Performers

The excuses of any kinds are a contagious disease and the ghastly killer of the dreams, potential, power, energy, and above all, the quality of life and the happiness.

Various have age excuses. I am too old or too young. If l would be younger or older, I would have handled that situation or I would have given try for that, I would have got the success in that. Due to my age, I could not do much in this area. This common excuse has stopped the path of various talented people to thrive and reach the pinnacle of their life.

If you think, you are too young to start some particular work, think about Sachin Tendulkar, one of greatest cricketer the world has ever produced, he has almost all the batting record against his name. He made his debut at the age of 16 years. He faced the deadly bowlers of that time in this age and scored runs in adverse situation where other experienced batsmen were unable to face those bowlers. He had all the excuses to drop his idea to play against these bowlers saying, “I am too young to face them.” He never took his young age as an excuse to start his career in cricket. Think about Gyaneshawar who claimed all the knowledge of the Hindu scriptures at the age of 15 years.

The majority of people give up their ideas by forming the excuse of their old age. The retirement age of the job is 60 years, most of the people think that the job retirement, is the retirement of the life. Think about Amitabh Bachchan, at the age of 70 years, he is the busiest and active actor.

Many of the higher posts are getting handled by the people who have crossed their 60 years of age, the retirement age. Many ministers have crossed their 60 years of age. Reject the illusion that the retirement age is the retirement of the life. Many poets, authors, movie makers have done a fantastic after crossing the age of 60 years. Do not give the excuses of your age rather, whenever you get some idea, just give a solid start. Many persons have entered into politics and social services after retirement from their active job at the age of 60 years and done extremely great and earned more name, fame, popularity and prosperity than their active jobs.

Retirement is just the end of one inning and start of another new inning, the experience of the previous inning would be pretty helpful in the  second inning of the life.

Religions are the Reflecting Medium of the True Self

Due to the position of the eyes, we cannot see our face with our eyes without any reflecting medium. We use mirror for this purpose. We prefer clear, clean and plain mirror to see our original face without being distorted. If we go for dusty, concave or convex mirror, we cannot observe our true face, it would be unreal and distorted. Irrespective of of the brand or cost of the mirror, its work is to show your face. When we see in a mirror, our attention remains on our face not on the type of mirror or its brand. If we pay attention on the mirror, we can only observe the brand, shape and size of the mirror not our true face, which is not our purpose.

Likewise, to observe our true self, we need some reflecting medium. All the religions, authentic scriptures and revered spiritual teachers(Guru) work as a mirror to show the true self of the individuals. Misinterpretation of religions, scriptures are like a concave, convex or dusted mirror which represent the distorted image of our true self. In order to reflect our true self, we need to go to the authentic version of our scriptures not the later or distorted version of that. The later version might be constituted  with personal or political influences, which can never help someone to recognize his true self. To observe the original one the originality of the medium is important.

No religions, its authentic scriptures and teachings are wrong. The blind people may scoff the concept of the mirror and the face. Or people putting their palm on their eyes or standing in the darkness and want to watch their face in the mirror, they cannot. Just come out from the darkness and remove your palm from your eyes, means, break all your blind-belief and go to the authentic scriptures of any religion what you follow, It will help you to show your true self, the spirit. There is no any other purpose of any religions than spirituality, the knowledge of the spirit (the true self). Once the person knows the true self, there is nothing in this world to be known to him, he would be free from all kinds of delusion and live in peace ad ecstatic. There would be no boundary for him like religion and other draconian traditions. The boundaries of the society, religions, creed, regions, languages or any other discriminations are the act of immature and ignorant people who cannot see their true self. Demising without knowing the true self is the greatest sin.
Knowing the self is possible by discarding the blind belief and going to the authentic scriptures  with pure and pious heart and mind, without despising others religion and scriptures. All have the same purpose with different names.

Express Your Desire...and Live Younger

We as a human have infinite desires but the time is finite. All the desires of the human being cannot be accomplished in our short life. Our one desire gets fulfilled with the promise of creating another desires. But this span of life is quite enough to fulfill our major pulsating desire, if we understand its methods. Anyways, all the desires are not worth fulfilling. Write down all your desires in your diary without thinking about your family background, education, position etc. Keep writing all your desires without any constraint. Write what kind of person you want to be, where you want to reach in your life, what kind of life you want to live, what all those things you want to have in your life, how you want to be remembered everything whatever is popping-up in your mind. Think and write as much as you can think and write, no boundaries, no limitations. Assume you have a magic wand in your hand, on turning out the magic wand, you will get whatever you ask for. Do not hesitate to ask anything from the magic wand, make a list of all your desires what you are going to ask from the magic wand which is in your hand. Do not worry, you are not going to display the list of your desires to anyone, so no need to think about its validation, think whatever you can think. There is no physical reward or retribution for thinking and imagination unless it gets physical manifestation. As a human being we have an abundance capability to think and imagine, then why to be meager in thinking and imagination!

Many times we would have heard from multiple persons that they utter something from their mouth, and it takes place, then they pretend and say, if I would have asked something bigger at this moment, it could have also taken place. Think anything you could and write down in your diary. Do not be negligent at this moment, you are redesigning your life, you are going to demand something valuable from your life. You are going to write the script for your life. You are going to claim the treasure hidden within you, do not be mean. You have colossal of treasure hidden within you. You are making the list which you want to get from it. You are the owner of your treasure, it is up to you whether you want to use it or not. Your treasure would be revealed to you on your dictate by following some certain rules. One of the most important rules is to give a command what and how much you want to get from your treasure and when, means, set a goal with an appropriate deadline. Once you set your goal, you should be committed to achieve those, no matter what. It is the goal which enables your energy, talent and potential to be used in a certain direction. Studies have shown that the specific and ambitious goals lead to a higher level of performance than easy or general goals. Someone truly said, “Goal setting capitalizes on the human brain's amazing powers: Our brains are problem-solving, goal-achieving machines."

The person lives more healthy, happy and meaningful life who has well defined purpose in his life. The life loses its interest and luster, and invites boredom and ailment without the purpose. This is the reason, the person who does not have any goal or no big goal looks older than the person who has some challenging goal ahead to accomplish. We are not old till we have something meaningful to achieve in our life.
