A True Leader Makes Everyone Important and Uplifted

A true leader is not only capable in leading the people, but in leading the situation.  The situation is only the true test of the leader. In an ideal situation, everyone can proof himself ideal. But the adverse situation certified that.  A great leader makes, even, the average members useful and functional and help the members feel themselves great and important. A wicked leader makes, even, the talented members an average, and propels them to feel downtrodden. A great leader creates another leader, and a bad leader creates followers. Under the great leader, everyone feels important and uplifted, and under the bad leader, everyone feels exploited and duped.
Rama is considered, an ideal leader and king. In the last year of his forest exile, his wife Sita got abducted by mighty demon king Ravana. Rama has no option but to fight with Ravana and his mighty army to bring Sita back from the clamp of Ravana. Rama had no army, and Ravana had mighty army. Rama formed the army of monkeys and bears in the jungle to fight against the Ravana`s army. Rama trained and motivated his monkeys and bears army to fight and bring Sita back from Ravana.  Rama made everyone useful and important according to their talents they had. Rama`s victory was everyone`s victory. That made him an ideal leader and king.
In the Mahabharata, in the companion of lord Krishna, Pandavas converted Khandvaprasth to Indraprasth, and in the absent of lord Krishna, they waged out everything. Yudhisthir could not realize that. Yudhisthir, the elder brother of Pandavas, even, could not understand the capabilities of his team. Sahadeva, one of the Pandavas, had strong intuition. He knew everything about Mahabharata beforehand, but did not tell to anyone, as no one asked him. At the end of Mahabharata, Yudhisthir came to know his talent. Yudhisthir could not use the talent of Sahadeva during the Mahabharata. Out of anguish, Yudhisthir asked, why you not told me about your prowess. Sahadeva replied.., brother, you did not ask me. Sahadeva had a bane that if he uses his prowess without being asked, his head would explode into thousand pieces.

Yudhishthir could not locate the talent in his team; Rama found the team in the jungle and made everyone talented. Rama is embodiment of an  ideal leader and King not Yudhishthir.

Kali Dancing on the Body of Shiva

Kali is an unbridled energy and lord shiva is a dormant soul. Kali is fearful, ferocious, naked and bloodthirsty. She wants to destroy everything. After killing the demons, for what she was invoked, she becomes uncontrolled destroyer and bloodthirsty. She is the embodiment of the nature. Demons desecrate the nature, and the nature in the form of Kali, destroys them back. Her color is dark black (Kali), the way black colors absorb all others colors in it, similarly, Kali absorbs all the cosmic energy in her. Her teeth are shown in white, this signifies her internal purity. Her red blood stained tongue signifies her omnivorous nature, she is not going to spare anything, if she is not given her due respect and heed. Her three eyes are the three worlds and three times (past present and future), means, everything in her control and she, herself, out of the control of anything and anybody.

She has become violent, she is looking for her place and recognition. There is not any known powerful being, who can absorb the valiant energy of Kali to pacify her. She has become totally uncontrolled and fierce.  Chopping the head of the male being, whoever is trying to control  her. The whole cosmos is on the threshold of peril.

She is looking someone powerful who can bear her energy. Lord Shiva is only an option, but He is  a dormant soul, does not want to wake up from His deep slumber to be the part of the material world. Shiva is SHAV (corpse) without energy, and hence He resides in the crematorium. Kali, the energy, is incomplete and uncontrolled without Shiva. An uncontrolled energy can do nothing but destruction. For her vantage, Kali approaches crematorium, and dances on the body of Shiva to wake Him up from His deep slumber, and adopt her in Him and be the part of the world, else she threatens to destroy the whole existence.

Shiva adopts Kali (an unbridled energy) in Him, and helps to convert her from Kali, the ferocious, to Durga (one who provide safety (durg) ), and then Annapurna/Parvati (One who provides foods to all). And hence, Shiva, the SHAV, becomes Shankar, the part of the world, and Kali became a controlled energy to provide the existence of the whole being and the cosmos.
