A
person named Raghu is a talented person. He is so sharp that he learns anything
very easily. It is good for any employer to have an employee like him, sharp, skilled,
obedient, sincere, honest and multi-talented. One day Raghu observed that the
people with less knowledge, talent and skill are supervising him and holding
higher position and earning more than him. Many times he tried to find the
answer of it, but he could not. His fear of losing his job could not allow him
to think anything more than his job and survival.
The
people with intense fear cannot understand their own value. If you do not understand
your value, you will always sell yourself low. You would have low self-esteem,
position and income. And with good talent and skill and low self-esteem can
make you a good servant not an owner. Your talent, skill and hard work are used
for profit of others. You create fortune for others and sheer survival for you.
Raghu
becomes inquisitive to understand the reason of not getting that income,
position and prestige what he deserves. Consistently, he started thinking on
it. Our mind provides a definite answer which is contemplated continuously.
One
night, he had a dream. In his dream, he dreams that one person is dragging him relentlessly
wherever he wants. Raghu has no control over anything. He is sweating, he heart
is throbbing uncontrollably. He wants to come out from his clutches, but of no
use. Suddenly, a voice directs him to look at a pen nearby him and touch it. But
that person does not want Raghu to see and touch the pen. By some effort, he
saw that pen and touched it. On touching the pen, that person started running
away from Raghu. He could see the horrifying fear on the face of that person. After
that he woke-up.
He started pondering on this dream.
The dream was indicating that in order to come out from the clutches of less
skilled and faint talented bosses, you recognize your own talent, believe it
and work on it. The moment you recognize your own value, they would not stand
in front of you anymore. You would be owner of your life and master of your
destiny. Anyone can take advantage of yours until you know who you are and
where you stand. You are here to succeed not to suffer.
In order to
make others to recognize your value, first, you have to trust and acknowledge
your value you carry.
